For passengers with limited mobility that do not require wheelchair transportation, City Voyager offers assisted ambulatory transportation service. Unlike a taxi or a ride-share app our service is differentiated by our door through door service which includes assisting our passengers from inside their homes to the vehicle, then into their medical appointments.
We are here for our customers improve their health by ensuring that they are able to receive regular preventive care and treatment. Our team of compassionate and professional drivers will ensure that City Voyager passengers are taken in a timely and comfortable fashion to and from dialysis, chemotherapy, rehabilitation or an outpatient facility.
Our customers are taken to and from Adult Care Centers on the daily basis. City Voyager drivers are sensitive to the needs of the elderly and the disabled. We are trained to provide courteous, safe, and hands-on service by helping our passengers through the doors, getting on and off the vehicle, and getting to know each passenger individually.
